01 — The challenge

A PDF certificate is easy to issue and just as easy to fake. Organizers had to issue credentials in volume, correct or revoke them later, and let anyone confirm one is real without contacting the issuer.

02 — What we built
  • Bulk issuing from a spreadsheet import, with an evaluation required before any credential is issued.
  • Immutable credential snapshots with versioning and revocation.
  • Tokenized public validation pages, with the credential available as a PDF and as a machine-readable badge.
  • Scheduled notifications by time zone, a temporary mobile wallet and sharing to professional networks.

04 — What changed

A credential is now something anyone can check. Holders share a link, verifiers see whether it is valid, and a revoked credential stops validating.
